Do I need to shoot any video?
No. Every video is made from the listing photos you already take. Agent Walkthroughs are cinematic photo tours today; putting the agent on camera with AI Clone is coming soon, still with no filming day.
When am I charged?
When you order videos for a listing, to the card you saved. Uploading photos, choosing shots and previewing cost nothing. Founding partners pay nothing for their first listing.
Who sets the price my agents pay?
You do. We show a suggested price and what you keep at it, but the client and the price are yours.
What if a video isn’t right?
Edit text, scenes and music yourself as often as you like. Each human revision from an editor is $5.
How does Agent Clone consent work?
Agent Clone is coming soon. Setting up a clone will be free; you pay only for the Walkthrough videos it appears in. The agent signs a licensed-likeness consent and can revoke it anytime, which stops new Walkthroughs. Videos already delivered are not affected.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay per video. Membership is optional: $49 a month for about 20% off every video, which usually pays off from around four bundled listings a month. Founding partners get member pricing with the fee waived.
What is a Local Tour?
A short vertical video about the neighborhood around the listing: local favorites, landmarks and the bigger picture, with a voiceover. It needs no listing photos; you pick the city and the places in the app.
